Software License

Use of GoodTech Systems software is governed by the GoodTech Software License Agreement (GSLA). Please read it before downloading, installing, or purchasing our products.

Refund Policy

Every GoodTech Systems product is available as a free 30-day evaluation prior to purchase. Because of this, GoodTech Systems does not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and delivered. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or software that is materially non-functional and cannot be resolved by our technical support team. Any such refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@goodtechsys.com.

Export Control Notice

Certain GoodTech Systems products, including products that contain encryption technology (such as GoodTech SSH Server), may be subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and other applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. By downloading, purchasing, or using our products, you represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. embargo or comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not identified on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You are responsible for complying with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in connection with your use of our products.
